Hello, my name is Barbara. It was the fall of 1998 that my husband and I decided that we wanted to own a computer. I remember the first day that we plugged it in and my husband sat me down in front of this thing. Since my husband had a computer at work, he was going to be my teacher on how to use the computer and how to use the internet. Well, the rest is history. When I saw my first lake applet, I knew then that I must learn how to make them, which proves that you can still learn new things even if you are "over the hill." This is my second web site that I have designed. My first web site can be found here. Since I am a born again Christian, I wanted this site to be used showing the Lake Applets and also give glory and honor to my Lord Jesus Christ.
My husband and I have been married since July of 1967. We have two children and two grandchildren. My husband and I were born and raised in northern PA but in 1980 our family of four moved to Kansas, the Sunflower State.
